Investing in Therapy Means Investing in You
Therapy with me is about care, attention, and depth
When you step into this space, you’re not just booking a session — you’re receiving my full presence, my trauma-informed expertise, and a deep commitment to helping you untangle the pain of growing up in a dysfunctional family.
Why I Keep My Practice Small
I intentionally limit the number of clients I see so I can offer the highest level of care.
I maintain a small caseload to stay focused and fully present in every session.
I complete advanced EMDR and trauma-training each year to deepen my skills.
I create space for reflection and preparation between sessions, ensuring you receive thoughtful, individualized attention.
This balance helps me bring clarity, energy, and compassion to our work — never rushed, never burned out.
Why I Charge What I Do
My fees reflect the depth of care, training, and presence I bring to every session. They allow me to offer thoughtful, high-quality therapy while continuing to grow as a clinician and give back to others.
I invest in ongoing learning and advanced trauma training every year to stay current and offer the best possible care.
I maintain a small caseload so I can show up fully present and focused for each client — never rushed or burned out.
I give back through donations and community resource support, helping people in need access essential services and healing tools.
This work is deeply personal to me — extending healing beyond the therapy room is part of my purpose and lifelong mission.
Therapy Is an Investment in You
Therapy is an investment of time, emotion, energy, and resources — but most importantly, it’s an investment in you: your healing, your growth, and your peace.
You are worth it!
